So I watched it. Other than the fact that he took certain assumptions as fact and grossely over romantisized the past and it's effect on the populations health- his over all statement of eating less meat was a sound one. The American population does eat way more meat on a daily basis than is recomended.

Yeah, it's one of those speeches where you can tell that he's only taking these liberties because he's preaching to the converted.
